    For some reason my Xbox app refuses to send messages. I've tried everything on the support website and it still won't work. Any suggestions?

    Hi,

    Have you check your connection ? Have you made the last update of the Xbox app on the Appstore or Google Play Store ? Do you have the Xbox live gold ?

    I assume you tried an uninstall and reinstall

    Also logging out of all MS services and then logging back into the app only?

    Im having the same problem, it wont let me send messages even though I dide everything the error message told me. I went to the support website and used my number. But it still hasnt done anything to allow me to message.

    Hi

    First of all, Never respond to anyone that messages you that. Just report, block and let Enforcement handle it from there. The minute you reply back both of you could get a ban. Secondly I would check the enforcement site as mentioned to make sure you don't
    have anything there. You may just have to sign out and back in. Maybe power cycle the console. Enforcement investigates each report. They wouldn't just give a ban without checking a lot of things first so it could really just be a glitch
    Oh wow! Thank you for the heads up! Had no idea it could get so serious. I'll try power cycling my Xbox now.

    Did you receive any notice of enforcement action on your account? If you go to enforcement.xbox.com does it show any suspensions on your account?

    when I signed into the website you provided it says: Congratulations! You have a perfect record. I'm not seeing any hold or suspensions atm. Is there a specific area of the page I need to look? Thanks!

    Hiya!

    Thanks for responding back so quickly. Have you tried messaging some friends to see if the issue happens then? As well it may be possible that the player may have blocked you and that could be what is causing that issue to pop up. Please let us know how
    it goes when you message a friend.
