    Ive had a completely different problem with messages; When I get one from a friend it doesnt appear, but 5 older messages from the same person does

    cant see messages from a friend

    Here is my problem my friend will send me messages on Xbox One and I don't receive the messages that he sends and for some odd reason it is only that friend that I cant see those messages. I have googled this problem and came up empty handed and that's why
    I have posted this problem in hoping that someone with have a solution for me.

    Maybe if you've got any old messages from him still sitting in your in-box? Or check through common friends. Surely someone else in your friends list has this friend in theirs as well?

    I downloaded the Xbox app, it sent out a bunch of friend requests to people I unadded. Is that normal?

    Yes it was the mobile app. I cannot see who received a frequent request and wasn’t aware that it spammed them out. I got messages from old friends or friends of friends saying I sent requests. My friend count went from 25 to in the 80s.

    Its at the point where i get 4-8 of these types of accounts a week and its getting old real fast :/ im happy with the new update that seperates the messages into messages from friends and new contacts but im just tired of seeing these accounts

    Woah. spoke too soon. Went back on the app, refreshed the messages, and my friend is back to being not on my message list and old messages popping up
