Message fix

I cannot send any messages to anyone it will always say your account has a problem with messaging please visit support.Xbox.com/fix-message but I don't know how to fix please someone tell me

Fix messaging !

after that: wen i choose a friends profile and i send a message from the profile my box tell me messages sended ( popup bottom screen info ) but messages dosnt reach targeted friend ( realy weird ) message is not shown in messages list..!.

if i try to send a message from message option underneat the list were my profil is i go on message/start new conversation/add the friend/message/send. i become this

check your account. messaging dosnt work on your account go to: Why Can’t I Send Messages from Xbox One or Xbox App?. for further info to solve the problem.

if i than call up this link its realy surprising watt i get to see try it its realy funny !

double checkt them on microsoft & xbox and updated them, messaging still not working still get the same message: " sending messages deactivated on your profile "

i tried it it just wants me to log in and type a code

 

If it wants a code more than likely you need to verify your identity. Check your email or whatever you used as a recovery method to register and look there. Best of luck!
