Message favouring

I’m gonna share this just to clear my mind on how stupid the message report system is, this has happened
multiple times on different accounts.

People message you randomly from after a
game and they try to get a reaction and trap you into saying something that breaks the
code of conduct so when my nice side gives in after trying to respond calmly to only get more fuel for the fire thats already burning I say something slightly mean and I’m the one who gets the temp ban. Fair enough
I’m in the wrong but so is the one instigating the response I think if they’re gonna try
troll to get a response to then report you, they should be temp banned
as well it’s only fair seen as though I also didn’t message them first they messaged me and people will say ignore but why should I? If someones gonna message me acting like a big boy and can’t take some big
boy talk back they shouldn’t be allowed to message me in the first place especially seen as though the people are from
18+ games and can’t take a single message which isn’t even bad compared to anything its just pathetic.

Anyway to the point I read apparently that bots don’t read reported messages its an actual person, so my suggestion if a message is reported the whole conversation should be looked at as to see if the response is due to trolling or harassment
and then based off that both parties could be temp banned one for “foul language” and the other for
instigating the response as fairness should be a
goal across the platform.

Theres my rant with a small idea which probably will never be integrated as microsoft doesn’t care that people
trap others into saying something and get off free probably feeling all happy too knowing we endure temp bans because we’re the “only ones”
in the wrong when we’re not just for saying something they
deserve to hear nonetheless there might be someone willing to make a change.
