    My messages work on Xbox 360 but not Xbox one, app or online when I try send a message it “says something went wrong message failed to send.”When I go on the messages section it says “We were unable to get your recent messages.Please try again later.”

    I’ve tried rest Xbox,delete account, hard reset it and it never works please can someone help me it would be very appreciated.

    is the UK xbox live still having problems as when i log in to my account i can't. Send people in my freinds list messages and i don't receive the messages from them. Is their anything I need to do. I have already done a console reset. Iys the Xbox one s

    Update Failed Message

    Everytime I try to download the new update it will download about halfway and then come up with the following error message:

    Can't download update. Test your connection

    Status code:

    3f45-0000-3080-0502-8007-0070

    I've tried testing my connection and it loads up, and tries to update again.

    i have AT&T for my internet provider, my router/modem is thru the U-Verse box made by 2Wire.


    Hope someone can help me asap!

    Hello, Super Sapper RE.

    This issue might be occurring because of your internet connection. Try to reset your router/modem and see if that resolves the problem.

    Can you go to
    https://www.xbox.com     and sign in with your account.

    Click on your account picture and click on "Messages".

    Are you able to send messages from the Website?

    Also check on
    https://enforcement.xbox.com     if you have a message suspension active on your account.

    I have done what you have posted on Xbox 360 and I can now receive, read and reply to messages on Xbox 360 but I still can’t send messages or read them on Xbox one or Xbox app.

    I have been having the same issue's, i have 2 tips that might help

    ,Try checking for updates in you're android store

    ,some times it's caused by low internet

    In some areas

    If these tips didn't help please make a report about this problem
