    Message error on smartglass


    I regularly use the smartglass mainly for messaging. It was working fine before the update and now it would just load forever and then eventually will say "error". Non of my messages would load nor can I receive/send out any messages.

    Please fix this!

    I can't send messages on the smartglass

    Every time I send a message on smartglass it pops up with error

    Can't see messages on Xbox live

    Same problem on Xbox.com error message. I checked messages on XBox1. There was a green colored message from Xbox causing the glitch. I had to go to SmartGlass on my phone to delete the message from XBox. I pressed/held the Xbox message on SmartGlass until
    the delete option popped up. Now I can access my messages on XBox.com.

    xbox smartglass fable anniversary

    Same issue here, with SmartGlass on iOS. It recognises that I'm playing Fable Anniversary, but then I get the same error message in the app.

    Smart glass can find my xbox one but wont connect to it.

    G'day crow! Is there any other info with that error message in Smartglass? Can you please verify the following:

    • You're using the Xbox One Smartglass app, and not Xbox 360 Smartglass.
    • Smartglass is enabled on your Xbox One console.
    • Your console and your device are connected to the same network.
    • You've tried connecting automatically as well as manually entering the console's IP into the app.
    • You're signed in to the same profile on both the console and the app.

    Any you guys that don't like to go to the homemto check messages have a smartphone or tablet with smartglass. I've used my phone quite a few times while in game to respond to a message with smartglass. Love smartglass on x1.
