Message emoji's are black and white.

I believe that the recent system update has affected the colors of the emojis, as this issue did not exist on the Xbox so far. Microsoft will likely release an update in the next few days fixing this.

Tried a reset, but still the same.

Seems strange as it is happening on one of our other xbox's too(xbox s) which we know had the colours there before.

This is weird, try resetting your console to factory defaults, maybe the system has done some automatic configuration.

Please follow the instructions below.

Press the Xbox button  to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

Select Reset console.

On the Reset your console? screen, you'll see three options:

*Select the option to keep your games and apps so they are not deleted.

Sorry ,I have tried everything I can think of but it will not change from black and white to colour.
