    I am ona child xbox account, but whenever I try to send any message, i get a notification telling me that the message didnt send. ive logged into my parents account and it says i dont have any restrictions. somebody plz help

    just made a new account and cannot send messages, every time I try it says message didn't send, when I try on the website it says because of your past behavior you cannot send messages? but this is a brand new account how could I possibly be banned from

    Whenever I try to send messages it tells me message didnt send

    same issue been going on for weeks. Also affecting my xbox live game invites to friends. Can't host a game ....says firewall issue, nope not possible

    yeah i have this problem as well, I contacted microsoft support and they said that they're gonna fix it ASAP, 1 month later and nothing have happened, still not able to send messages or post stuff.
