    Depuis quelques jours, j'accepte les services Windows.
    Malheureusement, j'ai désactivé le logiciel Xbox et tous ses services.
    Je suis donc réinstallé avec le Microsoft Store mais depuis le lancement du programme, il m'est impossible de me connecter.
    Lorsque je lance, une fenêtre blanche s'affiche quelques instants (moins d'une seconde) puis elle se ferme et le logiciel me retourne un message d'erreur "Impossible de se connecter, de réessayer plus ****" avec en dessous de ce que je pense être
    un code d'erreur: (0x409) 0x80070422

    Voici en pièce jointe l'écran que je reviens avec le logiciel chaque lancement.
    Je n'ai rien trouvé propos de cette erreur et
    sollicite
    donc votre aide.

    Je comprends mais je cherchais une autre solution car j'ai des logiciels sous licences et que la désinstallation et la réinstallation de ces logiciels sont plus compliquées.

    Je m'en vais donc voir pour récupérer mes numéros de licences.

    Merci beaucoup de votre aide.

    A ce propos, savez-vous comment désinstaller et réinstaller Microsoft Office (pas Office 365) ?

    Being that the partial reinstall did not work, we suggest to completely reinstall windows. As something may be changed that is in what you keep.

    Avant de vous contacter, j'ai bien essayé de résoudre le problème par moi-même.
    J'ai commencé par réinitialiser et désinstaller / installer l'application Xbox, désinstaller / installer l'application Xbox Identity Provider.
    N'ayant rien trouvé sur le code d'erreur qui s'affichait, je me suis adressé vous.
    Entre ma question et votre réponse, j'ai réinitialisé Windows en conservant mes applications (car j'ai des logiciels sous licences) et fichiers via un ISO créé avec Windows Media Creation Tools.
    Cela a fonctionné mais en partie. Je m'explique:

    - l'application Xbox parvient se connecter puisque je réussi jouer Sea of Thieves qui nécessite de se connecter sur l'application Xbox.

    - en revanche, lorsque je tente de lancer l'application Xbox, aucune fenêtre ne s'affiche. Celle-ci est bien connecté puisque je peux jouer, mais cela m'empêche d'inviter
    un ami rejoindre ma partie par exemple.

    Je m'en remet donc une nouvelle fois vous. Lorsque j'écris dans la barre de recherche Windows:
    "Xbox" et que je tente de lancer l'application, rien ne s'affiche. J'ai bien entendu essayer les précédentes manœuvre de réinstallation. Comment puis-je faire ?
