Message/Conversation issues

I very ofter send message to friends. A lot are game clips because something is funny. But sometimes I can't send message or even post in a conversation we made. I can write and when I click to post it, there is the loading circle and "a problem has occur"
or "unsent meesage".

My question is... Why ?

The fact is a have over 300 game clips in my xbox, but having so much game clips cannot make trouble for sending message ?

I want to know why sometimes it works, and often not.

Hi Stan,

Thanks for coming to the forums with the issue. We recommend trying to
uninstall and reinstall your profile onto the console. Sometimes things may get corrupt and cause issues.

Try it and let us know.

I have a similar problem all of my messages/conversations are a week old. When i start a new conversation or send a message to someone it doesnt show up. I logged into another account on my xbox and the issue wasn't there.

Same problem for me as well. I will start a new conversation with someone and it doesn't show up. I believe the xbox messaging system is having problems right now due to all the traffic.

it's probably hiding in "messages from xbox" under your "communication" icon in the xbox menu, you'll see "conversations", "new conversation". and "messages from xbox". select it and you might see a message there.
