Message containing Promo code disappeared

I purchased Forza Motorsport, and Fast 7 the film.

There was a promotion tying the two together, in which I was to be sent a code for downloading "DOM'S CHARGER"

I received the message, and it was archived automatically, before I could redeem the code.

I have contacted customer service multiple times, and was told that the answer to my issue is here.

I seriously doubt that a public forum, is going to resolve an archived message issue, but I am exploring all the avenues, that I have been told to explore.

The message containing my codes for Doom 1 and 2 disappeared before i could actually claim them.

Firstly, let me just say that the Xbox Forums Support team are working their way through the forum posts, and you should expect a response within 2-3 working days to this thread. Please see below for more information in the mean time.

It sounds like your promotional message has expired - remember that all Xbox Live Messages expire after 28 days and are unrecoverable, so please make sure you redeem any codes sent to you within this time frame.

If that is the case, a member of the Xbox Support staff will be along soon and it is possible that they might be able to retrieve your code (however, I cannot guarantee that they can recover it for you).

Thanks... I have been trying to get that message back for nearly a month. It is definitely archived now.
