    Hello, last month I preordered Fifa 16 Deluxe Edition on the Xbox One store. Included with the preorder was 1 month of EA Access (sent via Xbox message 7-10 days later). I received the code on time, but chose to wait to redeem it until later. When I went
    to redeem it today, I found that the message was no longer in my message center. I would really appreciate any help on this. I want to be able to play Fifa 16 early and to do this, I need EA Access. Thanks.

    Once you Delete a Message or it expires its gone. I would check your email associated with your Xbox Live account. You may have received it by email as well.
