If your console has been constantly connected to the internet and the Xbox Network, your game progress should be backed up on the cloud. If that's the case, clearing your local saved data shouldn't result in any loss of progress.

See my previous answer for the reasons why you were suspended,it may not be the answer you want but it is the right answer.

I am currently trying to reinstall the game without the update, to see if that helps.

Hi. I'm also getting an error message 80153410. I've read through the previous posts and can't find any answers. The message says there's a problem with the Xbox service. Try again later. I've tried this a dozen times. At first I thought it was my payment
info being entered wrong but it wasn't. I was able to purchase a gold live account. I also went the store to purchase a points card and was able to buy a movie. But when I try to purchase a game, I'm still getting the same issues. Something is seriously flawed
with the service and it's irritating.
