    Merge child accounts or at least transfer money on unused account profile.


    I have one son, but somehow, we have three different Microsoft child accounts for him. I have money that was transferred to one of those accounts on his main email address, but that is not the one that is tied with his Xbox account.

    How do I transfer money between child accounts. Or, even better, how do I merge them into one account with three different emails associated with the same child?

    Offline Account Will Not Promote to Xbox Live for Child

    It's no longer possible to create a child account on the console. When you create a new account on the website you can download it to the console, but there is no way to merge accounts or transfer anything from one account to another.

    Is it possible to merge an offline profile with an online account?

    Sorry, but it is not possible to merge accounts or transfer anything between accounts.

    If she is on a child account, unfortunately there is no way to convert that from an offline account to a Live account. It would have had to be created as a Live account originally.

    You can try contacting support and speak to billing to see if they can transfer the funds, but generally nothing can be transferred between accounts and it is not possible to merge accounts. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or Contact Us | Xbox Support

    Unfortunately it is not possible to merge accounts or transfer anything between accounts and offline child accounts can not be converted to online accounts.

    you can indeed transfer money from a parental account to a child account, can be done accidentally too, not sure if there is a way to transfer back as child account cannot transfer money.
