Merge an offline profile to an existing xbox live gamertag

Hi, see if anyone can help.

When I started using my Xbox 360 I only created an offline account, in which I played many games over the years. After a while I created an Xbox live account but never related it to the offline account, so I switched over both accounts to play different
games. Like I said, some games I only played offline, so my achievements are saved under that account and not on my live gamertag (unfortunately), many such as all Minecraft worlds are there.

How can I merged scores and achievements to my actual gamertag? I'll hate to loose all, specially now that I will drop the 360 console to keep only the Xbox one console.

No, you can't merge a local profile with an already existing Xbox Live account, it is only possible to 'upgrade' that local profile to a new Xbox Live account. If you want to do that see the steps on this link:

Afraid not; you can turn an offline profile into an online profile, but you
can't merge an offline profile into an existing online profile.



I would, however, suggest he call an Xbox Live agent about cancelling the subscription on the current LIVE GOLD account and then move the subscription to the offline profile after making that a LIVE profile.

Sorry, but there is no way to merge accounts and nothing can be transferred between accounts.
