Mercenary pack codes not recieved from my promo

I have now had my code thank you for the email. I hope the others are all able to have the same solution

I am still waiting for one of you to reply to this. It was purchased via my console. There is NOTHING in my notifications I have checked all the way back to april. It is now JUNE The promo had terms and conditions which you have BROKEN by not distributing
my content by the date in your very own terms which was the 31st of MAY. You are in breech of your own terms and conditions. I am not the only consumer in this situation. If you read your own help forum you will see there are dozens of us who also paid via
the app and who also still do not have our content. I only purchased to get the mercenary pack and thus you have taken my money for nothing. This is not legal and I am willing to go to the ASA in a large group to issue a formal complaint! I am super pissed
off as I have chased this for months now with multiple phonecalls to xbox. getting absolutely no where! I am starting to log all the time this is taking me to simply claim the content you failed to send us! SORT IT OUT NOW!

I still haven't recieved a code of Geometry Wars 3 as well, and I purchased Pixels during the promo on the 17th of October; although, the promo ended on the 19th of October. I'm a bit upset, because I paid $19.99 for something, but simultaneously recieved
nothing, from the promo that was advertised for several weeks, even after the date was expired. I believe that every Xbox Live member that have participated in this Promo deserves an apology, for not recieving content, due to falsified advertising.

Sorry I believe I posted earlier, but I am not sure if it went though. But I purchased xbox live through the Ryse promo ad and have not recieved by Promo code for it yet from my message center or my email. Can you help me out? Thanks
