Mercenary pack code?!?!

recently in april i purchased the 3 month renewal for xbox live and was supposed to get a code for the sea of thieves mercenary pack. I never got this code. I want it as i paid for it only to get this code. Can someone please help me? I have a receipt
of purchase and just no code for my mercenary pack.

I purchased the promotion of Xbox live gold 3 month subscription with the sea of thieves mercenary pack on April 17th and haven't received the code for the mercenary pack yet.

I have the same issue. Microsoft support confirmed that I met all the criteria for the promo but just referred me to this forum instead of fixing it for me.... Well done Microsoft support.

I'm in the same boat as well on this issue.

 

This is exactly what I'm going through right now. Was told to make a post and an ambassador would help me. Yesterday a rep told me they were forwarding my issue to the promotional team but the rep I just had had no idea what I was talking about.

 

I have EXACTLY the same issue. I spoke to a manager at XBOX who assured me all I had to do was post here and magically it would all be sorted. NO it is not sorted. No one even replied to my post on here. I am pissed off and thinking of reporting this to
the advertising standards agency. They can not offer these promos take your money and then not provide the content. It is misleading and breaking the law. I AM SUPER SUPER PISSED OFF right now. Perhaps we should all get together and make a larger complaint
to the ASA. If I do not hear back by tomorrow I will be back on here with a complaint ref number. They will fine them thousand!

your Xbox message with the Mercenary Pack code, you should head back to Xbox Support (at Xbox.com or on Twitter) and they’ll be
able to resolve it for you.
