    My xbox has started displaying the menu like this when I press the xbox Butten on the controller. dose anyone know whats going on or how i can fix this ?

    It looks like you just need to restart your console.

    Here’s how:

    1. Press and hold the Xbox button in the center of your Xbox One controller to open the Power Center.
    2. Select Restart console.
    3. Select Restart.

    is there a way to see if im on the insider program? My little brother sometime plays on my account when I babysit him. Myabe he did something while he was playing.

    Hey, try performing a full power cycle.

    If that doesn't work try a soft factory reset (this resets your settings and accounts, but doesn't uninstall games). If you do this make sure you have been signed into xbox live and have had your game saves uploaded to the cloud.

    ok i checked im not a Insider and i did a power reset it fixed the issue for a while but it reoccured after a few days.
    Is your console regularly turned off overnight or is it set to Instant on?

    What game are you playing when this occurs or does it happen with all games?

    Have you got multiple apps and games running at the same time?
