    Posting it here as I couldn't even get the internal error reporting to work.

    Alpha Skip Ahead OS Version 10.0.19041.3805

    I'd loaded the Xbox Game Pass app which triggered the rewards notification, which I long pressed the Xbox button to accept. It loaded up the rewards app and accepted the award as normal. I then opened the menu to go to a game, and the movement of the selector was much higher than normal and had no initial delay. Additionally, selecting an item took repeated presses or a long hold in order to make it react.

    I tried to report it via the "Report a problem" option, but even this was difficult to trigger, and once I did, it started off gathering information, then just closed and went back to the main OS desktop.

    The problem resolved itself on restart of the console. I did manage to make it soft reboot but it was tricky with all the selection speed issues going on.

    I have been playing story mode to chapter 3

    I can get to map menu but the lb and rb buttons are unresponsive to get to blueprint, player or other menus.

    I can control everything on the menu except the rb and lb buttons don't work

    Game is not freezing. Lb and rb buttons work during game play, just not in the menu

    Xbox one home button not responding

    It does not.Only way my controller turns on and get to the menu when I need is when I press the home button and up and right on the D pad at the same time. My home button is completely unresponsive on it's own

    I found the problem and the solution! If you hold down a button that isn’t the joysticks or the D Pad while moving through the menu, then it will go into menu fast mode. Most likely it will be a controller drift. If you hold down a joystick then it will
    go into go into fast mode. If you fix the drift then it won’t go fast anymore. Also if you have a sticky button held down then it will move fast. If you unstick it, it should stop the fast mode.

    The controller update bricked my controller.

    Same problem here. Controller is UnResponsive unless using it USB attached. Wireless isn't working. Holding the jewel button shows the shut down console menu but nothing about the controller itself as if it wasn't connected.
