Mentally handicap people and gaming

I want your attention even if only for a few minutes I want to ask you something that is very important to me and try to get a conversation started about it and maybe more attenion directed towards the subject so hi I'm Jake I have been a gamer all my life video games for me have provided a safe space for me all my life ever since I was a child playing my first game console Sega genesis so a little about me I am 30 I have been declared legally disabled by multiple trained professionals I suffer from PTSD severe depression and anxiety and a learning disability remember their all mental so it effects my behavior that includes my emontions it effects my way of thinking it effects my ability to fully understand and remember and concentrate and many other things so I use to play a mmorpg I played this particular game for 7 years and thousands of hours around 25 thousand - 30 thousand hours combined total on my two game accounts I was permently banned from this particular game in September of 2021 and this particular company even proceeded to call the police on me and threatened to press harassment charges on me if I contacted them again trying to get my game accounts back alright so let's get back to the fact I have real factual evidence from multiple doctors saying I'm legally mentally handicap alright and it does effect every single last thing I do even if I do something I shouldn't it's altered by my mental disabilities this includes the things I did to break this specific game companies terms of use and code of conduct so my question is this alright if someone is mentally handicap and declared legally so and they have real factual evidence showing so and made this particular company aware they was disabled should this company be able to ban this specific person from their games and all other services they provide and in your opionion is this a form of discrimination against people who's mentally handicap since they can't take part in a service they love and a handicap might of caused them to break the rules if you understand and educate yourself you know that a biological disability that is a mental handicap people might be born with makes them struggle in all parts of life in everything they do so that's exactly why the ADA rules exist and the reason organisations exist to protect this certain class of people from being mistreated and misunderstood I guess my main question is just this what's your opionion before a decision is made in banning people from playing an online game do you think that company should have to be forced to take into consideration the person has mental disabilities that effects them and factor that in before making a decision it just seems in my opionion theirs not enough laws in place right now to protect people online who's mentally handicap so companies can get by with out having to follow the ADA rules in the cyber world what's your opionion on this
