Me llegó un mensaje de Xbox Live que ya me había llegado antes (el mensaje de "recibió su bonificación de 500,000$GTA" de GTA V), y sospecho que es el mensaje de la recompensa de $ por el día del niño, solo que por ese error no me aparece, solo quiero saber
si es así, porque la verdad no quiero perder esa oportunidad.

Thank you for your post. I understand you are experiencing an issue with receiving a reward for GTA V. To troubleshoot the reward not appearing in-game, please try performing a

power-cycle on your Xbox One.

Ya lo he intentado muchas veces, desconectarlo, sacarle el disco duro, pero siempre hace eso, es muy molesto, ya que en ocasiones hasta me quita las ganas de jugar (en serio), he buscado por todos los foros de los resultados de google y nada, como si todos
tuvieran el problema pero nadie supiera a que se debe, (como dije previamente, acá en Panamá no existe el servicio de atención a clientes de microsoft, así que debo tomarme esto bajo mis propias manos :-/
