Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We se you have an issue making a payment. We recommend you request a call from support. They will go over what the issue is.

When you go to Contact Us, follow these steps to request a call from support:

• Step 1 ----click on Contact us
  
• Step 2 ----under what you having trouble with select Subscriptions & billing
  
• Step 3-----under what is the issue I can't redeem a code then hit next
  
  Step 4 ----scroll down to select request a call
  

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are currently experiencing difficulties with being able to use a subscription you purchased.

I would first verify that you make sure that the system is correctly identifying your subscription by visiting the

Services and subscriptions page.

Once you verify that your subscription is correctly on your account, I would recommend that you

remove your account and re-add it onto your console.

This can be done by following these simple steps:

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
   
2. Select System > Settings >
   Account > Remove accounts.
3. Select the account that you want to remove, and then select
   Remove to confirm.
4. When you're finished, select Close.
   

You can then proceed to add your account once more. Give this a try and let us know if this works for you!
