Menace and home cape not showing

I'm sorry to hear that you did not get your capes in your account. Can you please check in here if your Home cape and Menace cape are showing as redeemed like in the image below? https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders

If they are listed in there, please try following the steps below:

1. Restart your PC.

2. Logout your Microsoft account in the Minecraft Launcher then sign back in.

3. Open Bedrock Edition and go to your Dressing Room and proceed to Capes. Please check if your Home cape and Menace cape are now showing.

If your capes are still not showing in your game, you will have to contact Minecraft support. https://help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/request/new...

I understand that you are experiencing issues with getting your Menace Cape.

I apologize for the inconvenienced this has caused you. I will do my best to help you.

The Menace Cape should first appear in the Bedrock Edition dressing room.

Kindly double-check that you're logged into the correct Microsoft account where you redeemed the cape because if you're using a different account in the Minecraft Launcher, the cape won't appear.

And then close and reopen the Minecraft Launcher to refresh your account and sync any redeemed items.

To set your expectation properly, it can take up to 72 hours for it to show up in your Minecraft account. Please know that this delay is normal and caused by server-side processing.
