    Hi

    I have been playing Call of Duty and all of a sudden I get the following message

    "TAGINFO_HEAP_MEMORY_SIZE EXCEEDED" and it stops me playing any more of the mission.

    I still have plenty of memory on the XBox 46% I think so not sure how to get past this problem

    Anyone have any ideas on how to fix this problem.

    Let's answer the following questions to properly isolate your case:

    • Do you have the physical copy or digital version of the game?
    • Are you experiencing issues with other games as well?
    • Is your Xbox One console connected to a wired or wireless network?

    To help resolve your concern with playing Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare on your Xbox One console, refer to the following solutions:

    Solution 1: Clear Persistent Storage

    1. Scroll left on the Home screen to open the Guide.
    2. Select Settings.
    3. Select All Settings.
    4. Select Disc & Blu-Ray.
    5. In the Blu-Ray section, select Persistent Storage.
    6. Select Clear persistent storage.
    7. Restart your Xbox One console. Access the game again and check if the same instance occurs.

    Solution 2: Clear MAC Address

    1. Scroll left on the Home screen to open the Guide.
    2. Select Settings.
    3. Select All Settings.
    4. Select Network.
    5. Select Network settings.
    6. Select Advanced settings.
    7. Select Alternate MAC address.
    8. Select Clear.
    9. Select Restart. Access the game again and check if the same instance occurs.

    Solution 3: Remove and re-add your Microsoft account on Xbox One

    and perform the steps provided. Make sure to restart your Xbox One console before re-adding your Microsoft account. Then, access the game again and check if the same instance occurs.

    Solution 4: Reset your Xbox One to factory defaults

    1. Scroll left on the Home screen to open the Guide.
    2. Select Settings.
    3. Select All Settings.
    4. Select System.
    5. Select Console info & updates.
    6. Select Reset console.
    7. On the Reset your console? screen, select Reset and keep my games & apps. You should use this option as your primary choice when troubleshooting. It will reset the OS and delete all potentially corrupted data without deleting
      your games or apps. This will save you from downloading or reinstalling the large game files. After its completion, access the game again and check if the same instance occurs.

    For in-depth assistance about the game, you may get in touch with the game publisher -
    Activision.

    Open Edge in InPrivate mode and see if that makes any difference. Select and hold (right-click) the Microsoft Edge logo in the taskbar and select New InPrivate window. In InPrivate mode, Edge loads without any apps or extensions. If everything is working fine in InPrivate mode, the culprit is likely an addon or extension.

    That doesn’t work. Whenever i try to watch anything above 720p I get this error.

    Exact same thing is happening to me. Edge app on xbox one exceeds memory when playing a video on most websites over 720p. Get the error (SBOX_FATAL_MEMORY_EXCEEDED). Have to refresh the page to resume the video and it happens every 10 minutes. It doesn't appear to happen when watching Youtube for some reason, but every other video streaming website I tried, it happened. I can only asume something was messed up in the last edge update. I've tried every troubleshooting technique, even factory resetting console. This has to be an issue with edge. Until they get this fixed it seems you can still watch in 720p without any problems. I suggest reporting it to edge. Click the 3 dots in the top right, go down to help and feedback, and then send feedback. If they get a few reports they should look into it.
