    Hi! I've been a rewards member since 2014 and I've definitely spent plenty of money in the store, but I still have 0 points. I haven't really paid attention to it until now, but I'm sure that can't be right!

    So I did what you sad! But I'm still "Rewards member since: 2014-09-23" is this correct? Is my Reward account set to Singapore! AND Please verify which Orders (S$) you can book , so I can get Points. Thank you

    Haven't received reward points/credits since 2014

    Hi,

    In need of help

    I'm just wondering if there is a reason why I'm not receiving reward points for my purchases and activity on xbox live. I believe I have correctly set up my account, but 0 reward points says otherwise. It says I've been a rewards member since 2012 but I
    have stopped receiving points from my purchases and activity since 2014 for a reason unknown to me. If you could look into my account and find the reason for this I would really appreciate that

    Are there any specific offers you're looking for credits from? In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates.

    I'm not really sure to be honest, I just figured with all the stuff I've bought over the last 3 years I'd have at least a few points!

    Hello AtomicMeatwad,

    You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

    1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
    https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/     .

    -or-

    2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
    back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

    In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as of July 2014, we do not award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals. MyVIP has a recalibration every year. At the end of
    the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December 2016. Since you are a zero star member, you do not
    get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).

    I have purchased stuff within promotions and I have not been awarded myvip points . according to your rewards website you can still earn points from playing free games . I think you need to update this if the rewards have stopped since 1st july 2014 as your
    website states othwerwise .
