    MELE: ME2 and 3 Installation bug


    I seem to be in a bit of a predicament… I was able to install ME2 and 3 on the legendary edition with no issues, but i keep getting “Install” despite having done that… Is this EA’s side or does it have to do with the “Updating on an Update” bug Xbox hasn’t fixed yet?

    Cause i really don’t want to re-install 10 hours in a day, just too much time wasted if i can’t do anything… any solutions?

    Hi Auphyro, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

    I would like to clarify, whenever you're trying to launch both games is it asking you still to install it even though that you have already installed both games, is that correct? If yes and these games are stored on your External hard drive kindly move the games to your Internal Storage before attempting in playing the game.

    If these games are on your Internal Storage simply perform a powercycle on your console.

    1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

    2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

    Where is my import from ME2?

    Same problem. I've never moved anything to the cloud save so it's not that bug. I've checked in my storage and the ME2 save files are there, including the one I beat ME2 with. The only issue I see anyone reporting on is the cloud save bug. Help!

    - plugged headset into a different USB port (no good)

    - Installed game to HDD (no good)

    Any other suggestions? (Let them finish their dialog before I kill them? Kill them in melee...bug in my bow?)

    another little bug....... rebooted and all was back to normal. i found more odd bugs like this in ME3 than ME2

    Omni-Tool Blade

    I'm ok with it - it's like the idea of people wearing Omni-armor in ME2 so it makes sense that they would also create melee weapons with the same technology.



    Considering that, it would also be cool to see an Omni-shield at some point.
