    MEDDLESOME PROGRAM=BROKEN CONSOLE


    Forza Horizon 4 needs to update but can't find the update at this time. Servers have been down for 3 days now so there's that too. Went to Insider app and was denied sign in even after following The Insiders Masters commands. I have reset, hard reset, unplugged, uninstalled, reinstalled, forced update (which it won't allow anyway) crossed my fingers hoped to die and cursed Phil till I'm blue in the face. Insider Masters, please fix my console and let me out of your terrible, God awful program! Any other business would be facing legal actions for misleading consumers with fine print non contextual jargon. We like to call that round here...horse shit

    Unregister new Xbox preview

    I have tried to unregister from this preview program as my console was replaced and I didn't register the replacement. I am still getting preview software and support advises that I am still on the program even though I unregistered from the console. The
    surround sound functions in the console are completely broken and have been for several weeks. Can you please get me off of this program and advise how I can get the console back on released firmware?

    Yes it has. Don't forget about the Ambassador forums
    forums.xbox.com/.../default.aspx     where you can get ambassador related support and see info related to known isues like these.

    There have also been some glitches with the new Ambassador site. I can see that you have the Ambassadors "laurels" icon on your forums profile, so you should be fine.
