Hola, desde ayer, domingo 21 de junio tengo un grave problema con mi Xbox One, todo empezó cuando al encender la Xbox, noté que iba más lento de lo habitual, hasta que comenzó a ir bien, cuando estaba jugando a GTA Online, en un momento dado el juego empezó
a fallar, se congeló, se quedó la pantalla en negro y posteriormente salió del juego, no recuerdo muy bien qué error me dio pero por la solución que me dio estaba relacionado con el almacenamiento, no le di importancia porque pensé que había sido un error
puntual (nuevamente la Xbox comenzó a funcionar muy lenta, pero al rato volvió a estar normal), así que volví a colocar el juego y seguí jugando, hasta que a las dos horas más o menos me volvió a pasar lo mismo, el juego empezó a fallar nuevamente (de repente
el juego comenzó a perder funciones) y nuevamente se congeló, se puso la pantalla en negro y demás. En ese momento decidí dejar de jugar.

Hoy, lunes, volví a jugar nuevamente con la esperanza de que el error se hubiera solucionado, pero nuevamente ocurrió lo mismo, con la diferencia de que esta vez la lentitud no se solucionó, volví a meter el disco pero esta vez no respondía el juego (una
vez en la pantalla de carga, se salió), y de repente la Xbox se quedó congelada, al reiniciarla, veo que esta vez directamente no me carga ni la interfaz, me salieron varios errores (E102, E105, etc...), y, cuando decidí resetear la consola (de fábrica), directamente
