Thanks for replying to let us know that the issue is on an Xbox One console. Since you received an E102 error message, that indicated that you are experiencing a startup error on your console. Since you said that you already tried reformatting the console,
I'm assuming you mean that you attempted a factory reset and it was unsuccessful.

If this is the case, then you would need to attempt to
restore the console to factory default manually using a USB flash drive. You'll need a Windows based PC with a USB port, access to the internet and a USB flash drive that has a minimum of 4GB and the

flash drive has to be formatted to NTFS.
