ME:A game not showing up on new xbox one x

Exact same thing happened to me. I was on the series x and my coins wouldn't show up. I had to log into my xbox one for them to show up.

Everywhere (including all games even series x games show the new gamertag but in parties/chat, on the homescreen, in the xbox app, and in the system menus show the old one.

In your games and apps you can filter it to show only enhanced games. If you do that does it list Quantum Break?

If you are trying to find the game on your Xbox One X that is what the problem is.

The game Remember Me for the Xbox 360 is NOT a backwards compatible game.

This is why it is not showing up on your Xbox One X.

Until they put it on that list it will not be able to be played on Any Xbox One

with the xbox one all game saves are loaded to the cloud through your account even if you don't have xbox live gold so when you download your profile to any xbox including if you get the new xbox one x then any digital games you own will show up and game
saves will be synched with the cloud game saves when you start up the game.
