mcrosoft account with minecraft hacked and deleted

Will Busbridge · Oct 16, 2023

I have not logged into my Microsoft account on any shady websites so I do not know how this has happened but my Microsoft account has been hacked and the hacker changed the email address related to it I believe. I have made a new Microsoft account under the same email but changed the password, this is how i know that the account was either deleted or changed, and just hope that a Microsoft admin/mod can issue me with another copy of both Minecraft java and Minecraft for Windows as this is what i had before my account got deleted with everything on it.

I believe that the account email was changed to *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***

please help me get back my Minecraft

Thanks.

William

Hi. My name is Brilliant, an independent advisor, happy to assist you today.

Sadly, it is impossible to transfer any games and all other purchases from one account to another. The only possible way for you to recover anything from that account, would be to recover and access that account.

If you have not tried to recover your account, you can find instructions on how to on the following link: https://support.microsoft.com/accou...ery-form-b19c02d1-a782-dee6-93c3-dc8113b20c42

If you have failed to recover your account, you may have to accept that your account may be lost forever, with everything and anything in it.

I hope this helps resolve your query.

Of course I remember the email, problem is, the person who hacked it transferred the Minecraft account to their email, then deleted MY outlook account.

I made a new Microsoft account with the same email as the hacked Microsoft Account since it was deleted. Does that mean that Minecraft account is dead forever?
