MCPE can't connect to any world

Discus and support MCPE can't connect to any world in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Hi, so I just got the game due to my friends constantly asking me to so I can join them and I'm unable to join them at all.     MCPE can't connect to any world


    Hi, so I just got the game due to my friends constantly asking me to so I can join them and I'm unable to join them at all. It's a vice versa thing where they can't join me and I can't join them. Same with the server as I can't join any with everything
    saying the same thing. "Unable to connect to world." I checked all settings and all but nothing at all. I can't join any world. Help me out please.

    Yeah we already did both, actually they play through Xbox Live, I managed to join once but after that was just filled with the same message of "Unable to connect to world." The router configuration seems to be okay as well.

    Check your router configuration. This looks like a port could be blocked. Otherwise try hosting with Xbox Live and join through that

    If you are having trouble with your Xbox or network, this is what I do.
    Power cycle your Xbox One console. For instructions and some helpful troubleshooting tip follow this link here

    Power cycle your modem or router.
    Check to see if you are able to connect to the internet on other devices eg computer/phone.
    Check to see if Xbox services are having outages in your area, you can check them here

    Clear your alternate MAC address. Press the Xbox button, RB over to system tab, click settings, Network settings, Advanced settings, Alternate MAC address and click clear.. This will restart your Xbox.
