Hello, about 2 days ago I noticed some weird activity on my microsoft account, the second I tried to login it said my email didn't exist and was changed to *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** without me knowing. This person also removed my phone number and somehow managed to bypass through the 2 step verification I had on my account.

The part I'm most annoyed at is the fact I never received an email from Microsoft themselves telling me my account was logged into from a different IP, or a security code, or a message saying "Your phone number has been removed from rq***** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***".

I have proof I own the account, please help.

nope i downloaded nothing i searched it on web this a group which hacks peoples steam and microsoft accounts and replaces them with @mcmfa.email

Yes he is, the problem is that before we reset his account on the Windows PC, it looked like his Minecraft account was taken over by a @mcmfa.email account that we never saw before. Can it be hacked/stolen?

I'm sorry you're having this issue and I'll do my best to help, as I understand your concerns about the privacy of your account and how annoying not being able to access it can be. Situations where our email account with personal information, contacts, messages and even our documents are really involved are a little more delicate.

When the hacker manages to change the password, and the account alias, it is because he also has access to security information, as well as, cell phone, alternative email that you yourself registered in your account.

Unfortunately, when the hacker manages to change the account's security information, the account is hardly recoverable. That's why it's very important to keep your security info up to date and use different passwords across all platforms.

Even if you create the account with the same domain as before, you will not be able to view your games, subscriptions and emails, as it is a new account.

I am a user like you, and there is not much I can do, I believe you will have to contact account support and see if there is any alternative with Microsoft's information security team.
