After entering the serial code I received, I did not see the skin appear in my own account

Let me help you with your concern today. Please note that this is a public forum, I apologize for a delay in response.

Sorry to hear you're having trouble. Can you confirm which skin did you get and how long has it been since you redeemed the code? As long as you see the skin on your order history (https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders) then it should show up on your inventory.

If you haven't done it yet, please do try signing out your Microsoft account then sign back in. Then, go to Marketplace > My Content > Skins. You can try to set the filter to "Newest first" so that your new skins will show up first.

If you redeemed Fry Helmet, please note that is not a skin but a headwear. You can find it on Dressing Room > Character Creator > Style > Headwear.

McDonalds is giving 3 free games out

Here in NZ McDonald's does. They have a charity set up called Ronald McDonald house which provides a place for parents of Sick children to stay for free while their kids are in hospital.

Ok... I watched the whole thing, waiting for the "big announcement."

Early on they mentioned that McDonalds is giving out free x1s. Was that it? That didn't even register in my consciousness as a "big" announcement.

Then the Titanfall people came out, and I could have sworn they said that they were going to tell us something big, but then they never did.

I guess it was the McDonalds thing??

Did they hae any promotional codes, pre orders or anything u can think of that would allow them to get a free movie? What movie was it? As far as I know the only way is there are some that are free for certain times and there is a mcdonalds game giving out
movies too
