You can reach out to Minecraft support here and I set it to the German language so it's easier.

Cannot connect to multiplayer Minecraft world while playing on mobile device

    MCBE's multiplayer experience sucks

Unable to connect to world even if my version and platforms are all the same

guess they just wanted you to purchase Realms lol

    Hi there,

In this instance you will want to get with
Mojang . As this is for mobile. We mainly deal with games for Xbox.

    Thanks,

    Brad

    Hello There,

Thanks for coming to the forums with your question. You stated you bought this on the play store, are you meaning the Xbox store? First you want to verify the purchase. If you bought it on the play store that is mainly for mobile. You would need to purchase
through the Microsoft store and get the PC version.

    Thanks,

    Brad
Oyunu Play Store üzerinden satın aldım. Windows 10'dan değil.

[Translation-I purchased the game through the Play Store. Not from Windows 10]
