There's a similar thread in the MC: X360E forum that's been getting quite a bit of attention over the last few years, but I didn't see a similar one here. With the advent of Upload and Upload Studio on the XB1, sharing your worlds should be better and easier
than ever, so let's see the wonderful things your imagination and friends can conjure up!

Can you share worlds in MC 360 Edition?

There isn't a possible solution without them using your account, without violating the ToS. You can build them a Minecraft map but they'd need your account to access it. You could always use one of their offline profiles to create the map and use the suggestion

that will make a copy of the save file, but you will still only be able to use it for the profile it was created by normally. i suggest making a second copy as stated above, making sure you are signed into your main gamertag. then take the second copy
and copy it again, but sign into one of the kids' profile frist. it should say by doing this you will take ownership of the save file. i'm not 100% sure it will work when you try to load it though. i feel like i tried that with skyrim or something, and
it told me that it could not load the save as it was originated from another gamertag.

Downloading maps for MC at this time is NOT appropriate. It is a bannable offense and is completely against the TOS for live. You have been warned.

Sharing seeds, the numbers that generate the worlds, is perfectly legit as are showing videos of how to build things or sharing info.

Basically if the game itself does not provide a way to share anything you make in the game, then its not a legit practice to use 3rd party tools to do it.

You can make a copy of the world on your hard drive by going into the system settings and from there going into the minecraft area of storage where the save files are. You can copy the save file to make a duplicate and then with the duplicate transfer it
using a Memory Card or a HDD link cable from your Hard Drive to your friends, alternatively use the cloud storage and transfer it that way.

TL;DR - Go to settings, find minecraft, duplicate world, transfer.
