    so Cpt. Genius locked my thread before knowing if his reply actually helped, hence the new thread for the same problem.

    Your system can't deposit credits into my account even though I switched my region years ago after moving back to Australia and suffering a similar problem then, I followed the link provided anyway and after selecting Australia it can't complete the process,
    also if it is only tracking US currency purchasing and my region was still US that still doesn't explain why the 1600 credits can't be deposited.

    I play Minecraft, Gears of War: 3 and Judgement. I also have Gears 1 but I haven't played it yet. I also have Assassin's Creed 2, Resident Evil Operation Raccoon City, Fable 3, Dead Island, Happy Wars, and Battle Block Theater. Yes I am a girl. I'm 17.

    Xbox One should come without the sensor..

    If you want a Xbox One without kinect 2 then wait until next Christmas, maybe even a little longer.

    Your Rewards Account is still set to the US Region. Your Rewards Account is a unique, stand-alone account that is not linked to your Microsoft Account region. Changing your Microsoft Account region via the link will not change your Rewards Account region.
    Currently, you have succeeded in changing your Microsoft Account to Australia. This will result in your deposit failing, since we cannot deposit USD from a US Rewards Account into an Australian Microsoft Account that only accepts AUD, which is the regional
    currency of Australia.

    Your Rewards Account is set to the US region, and is tracking USD purchases. Your Microsoft Account, again, is an entirely different entity, and is set to the Australian region. Again, as mentioned in your previous post (deposits not working)
    when we attempt to deposit USD from your US Rewards Account in to your AUS Microsoft Account, the deposit fails. Following the link provided at the bottom of the MyRewards page will change your Microsoft Account region. The region listed there is your current
    Microsoft Account region, not your Rewards Account region.

    There's a lot of debating and theories, but I'd just wait until the official word goes out.
