    Earlier I put down then Xbox 360 is acting up so I got a hold of Microsoft my only after barely getting to the Microsoft I went through everything and asked me to do do the virtual download a race to whatever it took me until about 5:00 in the morning just to get into my Xbox 360 when I got in everything was erased all my games 72 games were gone that I paid for all the apps that you can use or not there it said nothing it said empty I could not do anything and when I try to download anything it would tell me no credit card number I don't have a credit card I went to Microsoft just got off the phone with them I explained my whole situation all my games keep basically flat out told me she didn't believe me about what do the steps that your virtual thing told me to do all them all night long and I kept trying to explain it to her she didn't understand it I don't know what else to do at she just would not listen to me and nothing got fixed I'm still getting kicked off Xbox Live for some reason I still getting signed out from YouTube every 10 seconds all my 72 games that I downloaded are now gone money gone. do Xbox game store that can't find them she said buy them agent. So she got off the phone yet nothing got fix I don't what to 2 days know this started . I got signed out of live it has taken all nighter to get in and YouTube ap that is free is saying I don't money to get I don't get that so I told her ever time youtube sing me out or live the preprogrammed things it are being erased so I don't to buy a nouther one orup grade to new be of covid 19 lost job .so Microsoft dent help I am hoping some one can . L don't no if it is OK to leave my number call me if help [mod removed]

    I'm Samy an independent advisor. Welcome to the Xbox community. How are you?

    Follow this step in the console and restart your internet devices, please.

    Press the Guide button  on your controller, select Settings, and select System Settings.

    Select Network Settings.

    Select the name of your wireless network when the network list is displayed.

    Select Configure Network.

    On the Additional Settings tab, select Restore to Factory Defaults. When prompted, select Yes, Restore to Factory Defaults. This resets the console's network settings only.

    Restart your console.

    And to downgrade games you had on your console you can do it through your download history.

    Sign in to Xbox Live using the Gamertag that you used when you originally purchased the content.

    Go to settings and select Account.

    Select Download History.

    Browse your download history. If you want to download something again, select the item, and then select Download Again.

    Microsoft apps on my Laptop won't sign me in after i changed my Primary Email.

    Was looking on how to remove the account and couldn't find it BUT i saw that i could sign in with my local account instead of my microsoft account(Accounts > Your Info), made my local account and then it finally let me sign in on everything. Thank you for the help and hopefully if anyone else has this problem maybe the local account will help.
