Maybe buy your Lucid LS50x from a brick and mortar instead

You can buy gold separate, the cards from a brick & mortar store. I believe when you add it, it just extends your gold.

I just want to add but in this day and age I find it very odd that people still want to buy from a brick and mortar building instead of straight from the Manufacture itself. Why on earth anyone would try from a store like GameStop
when it is (was?) available from the Xbox 360 Dashboard itself is beyond me.

Do they need brick and mortar stores to sell consoles though? People are buying more and more of their games online, why wouldn't they just buy their consoles online as well.

People buy physical games online, why wouldn't they buy a physical console online?

If people are so willing to embrace a digital future, why are they so keen to allow brick and mortar stores to control pricing of games and consoles?

microsoft no longer sell the 12 months, but you can buy a pre paid 12 month code from any good retailer online or brick and mortar, you can usually get 12 months cheaper too. then you can remove your card.
