For gifted games, you may check your order history at account.microsoft.com/orders to see if you'll get an option for a refund.

If none, please note that purchases that are 90 days or older are not eligible for a refund.

Thanks for replying and keeping us in the loop! Sorry that the refund request web form didn't pull up on your last step of the wizard. I'm going to apply the link in this post and I hope that it gets you where you need to be. Bear in mind that it may take
up to 48 hours to receive a response after submitting the refund request, please.

direct link to the refund form. Please make sure you have the amount paid and order number for the purchase, which you can find in

your purchase history. Refunds can no longer be processed over the phone and you must use the web form to request one.
