In 2016 I joined the Ambassador Program & shortly after I was "Permenantly Banned" from the program without an explanation of why nor was I emailed & informed a reason for the permenant ban.

When I go to: Xbox Ambassadors it says: "You have been removed from the Xbox Ambassadors Program. This could be due to a lapse in your Xbox Live Gold Membership or an Enforcement action
on your account. For additional support, please visit the Ambassadors Access Forum."

& also I`m not allowed to chat with Ambassadors on my gamertag "iN8k"

Account Banned Falsely

So I've had a few issues with messaging on xbox but a couple months ago my account got banned for apparently Ddossing but that is completely false. As I do not know how nor do I have the equipment to Ddoss. I talked to support and they said my best bet would be to try to find an xbox ambassador on here since the enforcement team permanently banned my account and completely ignored what I had to say. What they do not know is they gave me the main reason I got banned and its completely false. So if there is an ambassador on here. Please help.

Having an enforcement on your account is supposed to be a permanent ban from the ambassador programme.

I read that part but you also mentioned that you are permanently banned so taking into consideration that you are an Xbox ambassador I guessed that you knew that permanently banned and device banned are considered different bans, and that you should also know that a device ban it's not issue lightly as there's no way to revert one of those so that's why I focused on the permanently banned, but if you're just talking about a device ban there's no way to unban a device, and like I mentioned before customer support can't help you with this as they don't have access to information about enforcement actions or the reasons for them
