May I check my reward progress

May I check my progress on my rewards in the Free Ride, Mixer and 10 hours of a gold game rewards. As there is no way to track if I have completed or not.

Xbox May Quest Game Download Errors

When doing the Xbox May challenges, after I had completed all three, I went online to check my progress and even though I had downloaded and even played the free Xbox live games, it did not count towards my progress, and on the progress site, it says my
downloaded games were at 0%. Which has now led me to not have the reward even though it is done.

Haven't got my xbox quests rewards although completed all of them

I have not received my xbox quests reward for this month (may) even though I have completed all the quests and have full downloaded both games and when I go check my progress it says that I have not done two of the quests even though I have plz help would
really like the reward this month

Hi ChickaBumpBump. You currently need 8 more minutes of Battle Island to complete the last 5 hours needed for Free Ride. For the Gold Dust offer, you currently have 5:55 of Shadow Warrior for February. In January, you had 7:45 for The Incredible Adventures
of Van Helsing III, so it did not complete the 10 hours needed for that month. As for Mixer, you had 3 consecutive weeks in January, and lapsed the last week. You currently do not have a week in February logged.

I have seen multiple threads from customers this week about rewards quests having issues, so I suspect there is something going on in the backend. However, we don't support the rewards program here, you need to go through the Rewards team as you have already done. If you haven't received a reply yet, my guess is that everyone and their mother is having the same problem and they are probably a bit overwhelmed at the moment.

Patience is all we can advise, along with the awareness that this isn't just impacting you and they are definitely aware and working on it.

Looks partly fixed. But I only have 1 of 3 games showing up?

I have 2 showing up right now, will see if the third appears

Check if you received a reward for the challenge. My challenge shows no progress at all but I received my reward so check that as well.

As checked on my end, there's no app designated for mobile or PC for Microsoft Rewards. You may instead manage your rewards online through https://www.microsoft.com/rewards

Just a friendly reminder though that for Microsoft Rewards or Game Pass quests concerns there is a dedicated team that handles them which is the Microsoft Rewards team but no worries as I will be helping you still.

If I may ask, are you on Xbox? If yes, please check the progress on Xbox Game Pass app on your mobile device as well.
