    May I ask my friend to verify my redemption on Microsoft rewards


    The question is fairly simple.

    I have enough points on my Microsoft rewards in my account, but as it says, I need to verify the redemption with a phone number.

    The problem is that I don't have one, luckily my friend does.

    Currently this friend also has a Microsoft account verified with his number.

    So, is it ok if I verified the redemption I wanna make on MY account?

    Now I'm asking this because I've heard that one can only have one MS rewards account, otherwise the two accounts will be banned

    As MS might think that my friend and I are the same person using two accounts, whick is illegal.

    Can you only verify by phone number, or do they give the option to verify by another means; for example, e-mail?
    No, it can only be done with a phone verification
