May 7, 2024 - Xbox Update Preview - Beta (2406.240502-2000)

It usually takes 7 days to know anything. And even then, if you are accepted in, you may not know you are in until the next preview update becomes available to the beta testers. Which could be a month.

The Xbox one update preview is basicly beta. A few bugs or issues my appear in the preview update if the headset worked before your boyfriend accepted the invite, you may want to consider to post the bug on the Xbox One preview update forum and too leave
the preview updates as it is un-stable because it's beta.

If you do not want to leave the beta updates please contact me back and I will see what I can do.

It may not be the April preview, the last update to the update for the April preview was 1.6g, although I not been on my xbox today so could have come through this morning.

are you in the beta preview program ?

Any chance you are using the xbox one preview registration on your xbox one if you are there may be a update that you have and other xbox ones dont have. its a update beta tester thing.
