May 24th ticket

On may 24th i sent in a ticket to the rewards department (SRX1427283608ID) and received a response from Alyssa stating your people cannot fix this. I filled out the claim for a $50 visa gift card at 2000 gems. My account was given 10,000 microsoft points
for 500 gems instead. All i wanted was to have this switched. I still have the leftover 1600 gems on my account so a refund/reclaim could have been done. Instead for 3 weeks i have been told that you cannot fix this problem and i need to talk to another department
(later to find out that the Rewards department is the ONLY one who can),ignored through mutiple emails to the original contact Alyssa, and even told that, to paraphrase, thats what you claim thats what you get when that WAS NOT what was to be claimed. By now
the reward is unable to be claimed and i am left with unspent points while attempting to fix this. Something this simple should not have a support member giving me the online legal claims phone number.

They would have advertised. Last Free Gold weekend was the May 24 weekend (the weekend before May 24th). From what I see here on the site there is no Gold weekend this weekend...

Im in the exact same situation except i sent mine around 24th may and still havent had an update from them yet it says delivered on UPS.
