May 10000 gamerscore punchcard missing

STILL have no punchcard to allow me to start the 10000 gamerscore rewards offer. It's available to every other profile on the console but mine. When will this be fixed , and will those of us who are still waiting for it have our earning period extended?

I've tried resetting the console and reinstalling the Microsoft Rewards app and nothing has helped.

Since you already tried the basic troubleshooting steps, I highly advice you to contact Microsoft Rewards Support regarding this issue.

I thought we get reward points in addition to our gamer score. So 20000. 10000 from our achievement points and then 10000 for the punchcard. I thought our gamerscore equates to reward points

I have similar problem... Went from a 4 to a 2. And about 10000 gamerscore pts were shaved off. Weird
