    Max Payne 3: DLC Problems

    I bought the download version of max Payne 3 today but can't get past chapter 6 because of "missing downloadable content" even though I've downloaded the content which should be required to play. Can anyone help?

    Hey there Carson!

    Let's see what we can do to get things sorted.

    The first thing I suggest in a situation like this is to delete and redownload the content. To do that:

    • Go to Settings > System > Storage. Find the Game and delete it. You may want to preserve your game save, but it also would give a cleaner redownload if you deleted everything, so it's your choice.
    • Clear your system cache.
    • Restart your console.
    • Download the game again from your
      Download History      .

    Let us know how that goes and if the issue still persists after that! ^_^
