    Max Payne 1 & 2 download failure on Xbox 360.


    A few days ago I bought Max Payne 1 on the online Xbox store and Max Payne 2 through my 360. However neither of them will download.

    I go to my download history in settings and they are both there and both labelled as an "Xbox Originals Game". When I try to download Max Payne 1, I automatically get an error page with status code 800700E8. The download process for Max Payne 2 will start but it ends a few seconds later still at 0% and I get a pop up notification that says "Can't download Max Payne 2".

    Does anybody have any ideas on how to get these two backwards compatible games to download and work on Xbox 360? I'd greatly appreciate any help.

    Press the Guide button on your controller, go to Settings, and select System Settings.

    Select Storage or Memory.

    Highlight any storage device, and then press Y on your controller. ...

    Select Clear System Cache.

    When prompted to confirm storage device maintenance, select Yes.

    My problem is actually downloading on an Xbox 360 but the link is for Xbox One. Will the same procedure work for Xbox 360?

    By the way, I was able to download a game with no problems less than a week ago on the 360. Do you think this problem I’m having is due to Max Payne 1&2 just recently being made available for download again?
