Bom dia , quando eu ligo meu Xbox one e tento entrar no menu do sistema e configurações o controle não obedece aos comandos travando em uma determinada posição não me deixando acessar as configurações mas jogando ele funciona normalmente

Thanks for coming to the forums. We recommend to
power cycle the console first. Then when back on try and update the controller. If continues to do this may want to try a

soft factory reset.

Well what kind of controller is this is it the original Xbox one controller or 3.5mm controller? If it is the original Xbox one controller it might be the controller malfunctioning with your Xbox because they are outdated.

If you know how to get Microsoft to take back a controller, please tell me. I have a malfunctioning controller as well, and have not succeeded in getting them to take it back.

As for the malfunctioning sync button, it should be easy to see what is wrong if you take the controller apart. [Mod Removed - Please do not share self repair options on the forums] Of course, Microsoft could deny you a return if you open
the controller, but I am not sure. Proceed with caution.
