Materminds achievement broken?

So i have done the requirements for this achievement, but i have yet to unlock it on xbox, it had been 24 hours since i completed the steps for this achivement and it still hasnt been given to me, i checked with rockstar to see if the achievement counted on their game and they said yes, but on xbox live is still havent received it yet.

Just tried it and it still hasn’t appeared, i guess its gone

Don't worry we will work on this together. Let's try to troubleshoot.

Please make sure you can sign in all your profiles. Let's try to restore the console back to factory defaults but we will select keep my games and apps so it won't remove your games and progress.

Please follow the steps here:

- Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

- Select Settings

- Select System

- Select Console info & updates

- Select Reset console

- Select Keep Games and Apps

After this, you will have to sign in again with your email and password. Then please check it again. Thanks!

the biggest problem with this achievement is that it does not have a progress meter, so if there is any way possible for you guys to just give me the achievement that would be great.

Oh, I see. May I know did you try to reinstall the game too?

I cant do it again because its an in game challenge that you can only do once, so thats why i think its broken
